The Group of companies Nordavind has won the state grant for the implementation of applied research in the field of cloud computing

The Scientific enterprise Tsezis, as a part of the group of companies Nordavind has won the grant from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to conduct applied research in the field of cloud computing. Competitive selection among projects in the field of information and telecommunication systems was carried out within the framework of the Federal Targeted Programme for Research and Development in Priority Areas of Development of the Russian Scientific and Technological Complex for 2014-2020 and its results became known on November 6, 2014.

Among the other winners who received state support there is Tsezis’s project – “Development of system solutions to create cloud service of intelligent processing of high availability video streaming integrated with corporate and departmental video subsystems based on the use of open protocols and free software”.

During the implementation of applied research new methods for integrating cloud services with corporate and departmental information systems are going to be designed. That will increase the efficiency of use of these technologies in the corporate environment. The GC Nordavind plans to use these cloud services in the development of the integrated automated information system “Safe City”.

We are confident that the findings of the scientific enterprise Tsezis will allow the Group of companies Nordavind to offer the Russian security market new developments that meet the latest trends in this rapidly evolving field.
