Scientific novelty of the current research is a unique set of indicators characterizing the traffic situation and the unique automatic evaluation algorithms.
The practical value
A large number of cameras on motorways allow solving many problems associated with quick notification of various medical and road services, optimizing the cost of repair of road constructions.
Offered opportunities are not used because there is no recognition of road accidents that entails the absence of notification of various services on an emergency case.
The results of this study will allow effectively use cameras to ensure safety on the roads: the recognition of an accident, notification of emergency and police services about road accident that occurred and the time reduction of blocking traffics.
